Total Abs
A 30-minute class dedicated to toning your mid-section. Work towards a firmer, stronger body through a range of abdominal and back strengthening excercises.

Cardio-Kickboxing
This is a non-stop, non-contact class that includes shadow boxing, calisthenics, kickboxing drills and cardio kickboxing combinations.
