20/20 Spin

A great combo class. Spend the first 20 minutes cycling/high cardio and complete your workout with body sculpting or flexibility training

Bootcamp Circuit

This class is a total body, heart pumping aerobic and strength-conditioning workout. The interval base combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Suspension training and HIIT training will be incorporated.

Cardio Conditioning

An interval workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized. Participants will build strength and endurance in this total body workout. Class consists of strength training exercises and cardio intervals.

 

Line Dancing

This class, like most dance classes, is a “brain gym” that exercises your memory and coordination in addition to the physical benefits. We use a variety of music genres, and dance styles to include, everything from Country to Waltz to Rock and Roll and Hip Hop. There is a style for everyone in this popular class!

Simple Yoga

Exploring different kinds of breathing techniques, Simple Yoga leads students through balance awareness and joint mobility movements, going through a series of postures that will focus on each person’s individual alignment. Perfect for all members.

 Total Body Sculpt

Using dumb bells, stability balls and steps, this total body workout targets head to toe building strength while improving balance and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Yoga Flow

Join certified yoga instructor Danielle every Saturday morning for dynamic Yoga Flow.  This class is designed to complement your workout by increasing muscle length, giving new life to tired joints and tapping into new strength.  There is a strong focus on increasing core strength which will ease any low back pain!  This class is open to all levels.

 Zumba

Ditch the workout and join the PARTY! This high/low impact cardio class inspires and motivates you while moving to a combination of fast/slow moves and Latin music. A fun effective cardio workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom.

Zumba Toning

Combines targeted body sculpting exercise and high-energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching strength-training dance fitness party. Students use light hand weights to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba toning is the perfect way for enthusiast to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. Class will use varied weights and mats for floor work.
